About the Author
Patrick Morgan Ford is a criminal defense attorney in San Diego. He is president of La Jolla Legal Publications, Inc. and has been writing and publishing the California Criminal Law Reporter since 1983. Mr. Ford received his B.A. from Georgetown University and J.D. from the University of San Diego.
In addition to the publication, Mr. Ford has an active appellate practice, writes monthly articles, and occasionally lectures on criminal law related topics.
